Located on the Sutter Health medical campus, construction of this 60,000 sf Class A medical office building consisted of a two-story steel frame structure with detailed finishes to match the adjacent hospital. This negotiated project also included all mechanical and electrical systems and interior construction for twelve medical office suites. Sitework and utility relocation was performed within an operating medical campus.
