Description: Our creativity and problem-solving skills were called upon for this project when our client custom-ordered their sushi bar direct from Japan. The operating instructions were in Japanese and the measurements in metric so, we hired an interpreter to translate the manual to English and we converted the metric dimensions to English measure. Another challenge involved the lack of UL certification on the equipment, this was overcome by hiring a special testing agency to provide UL equivalent certification. In the end, we finished the restaurant on schedule with a very pleased client.
