Description: This is a 400,000 sf high-end outlet mall on 50 acres along Interstate 5 and adjacent to the Tulalip Casino. Phase I will consist of six buildings for 120 tenants. To meet the tight schedule S.D. Deacon has devised a construction plan utilizing the resources of five superintendents each supervising a crew and group of subcontractors working on the project from the center outwards in all directions. The innovative building design incorporates tensile canopies over storefronts and plazas to create a unique identity and sense of destination for this mall. Sitework includes parking, lighting, and landscaping as well as several fountains.
