1. Nissan of the Eastside, Bellevue, WA

Description: Completed in a record six months despite a rigorous inspection schedule by the City of Bellevue as well as inclement winter and spring weather, this new car dealership consists of a 15,600 sf 2-story office building and a 56,180 sf post-tension construction 2-story concrete parking garage. The office building is comprised of concrete, steel and curtain wall with ACM exterior panels along with vertical and horizontal siding. The interior finishes consisted of ceramic tile and carpet flooring, both wood paneling and painted walls. Aluminum windows and storefronts completed the package.
